The one-time granted factory warranty can be extended in specially defined cases, under the same warranty conditions and exclusively on special request, product-related by two additional years of warranty. This warranty extension is only available on request.

The warranty extension is only granted to end users who purchased the product from an authorized dealer, do not resell the product professionally and do not install it for third parties in the course of their professional activities. The term of the extended warranty period commences after the end of the original warranty period, provided that proof of purchase can be used to prove that the product was purchased from an authorized MPF dealer. In the event of resale, the warranty period does not start again or at a later date.

A granted warranty claim does not extend or renew the warranty period. The warranty relates, entirely at MPF's discretion, to the free repair of the defective part or to the delivery of a comparable / equivalent product. Further claims are excluded. In the event of a warranty, we will not bear the costs of sending the defective product back and forth. Further claims are excluded.
